Returns & Refund Policy

At SORAVEA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods. This right applies regardless of reason.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@soravea.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is on us. When you send an eligible item back, pay for standard tracked return postage and email your receipt to support@soravea.com. We refund your return shipping cost together with your product refund, so returns made within 30 days are effectively free.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Swimwear Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, swimwear items must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return. Items without the hygiene liner cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
